     Please include these items in the service request box if possible:
    • Discount or Special you would like to use
    • Type of Service Needed or Known Issues
    • Make, Model, Tire Size, Style or Anything Special
    • Picture of Bike and or Damaged Parts that May Need Replacing​
    • Any Questions or Concerns Regarding our Service
    • Gate or Combination Code for bike access​​

    • Please respond promptly when verifying availability times so we can lock in your appointment
    • If possible please provide 24-hour notice of cancellation to better assist other customers
    • Due to being a mobile service, you may be directed toward a bike shop for specialty servicing
